Barça Ready for Inaugural Game at Upgraded Camp Nou this Saturday
Barcelona have announced they are set to host at the renovated but unfinished Camp Nou on Saturday. Athletic Bilbao will visit the Bilbao team in La Liga over two years after they moved out for construction to commence.
“We envisioned this comeback. The moment has arrived. Home again at Spotify Camp Nou.”
The stadium will not be at full capacity though over 45,000 attendees are permitted inside as per the current authorization. Once fully finished, the stadium’s capacity will reach close to 105,000 fans, increasing from the former 99,000. Barça announced completed upgrades featured a renovated tunnel for players plus modern locker rooms.
